Beliefs
Beliefs are the basis of our behaviours, decisions and fears in life. The best part about this, a belief is a meaning you have given an experience in your life. If you change the meaning, you change the meaning, you change the belief.Simple, maybe but challenging, 100%. Before you can change a belief, you need to know what they are. Check out this simple, yet effective activities to discover your current beliefs, good or bad and some exercises to work on changing them.

Retrain your brain
Many of the beliefs you hold onto are based on the continued stories you tell yourself. Are these stories positive or do they bring you down. However they are based with determine your mindset. The best part, a story can be changed and quite quickly if you want it to be that way. In this video I'll show you how and below is a belief bust for you to complete.
Values
Values are what is most important to you in everything you do, either in life or work. Many of your decisions, behaviours and actions are based on your values but they are driven by your subconscience. They are automatic. Ever wonder why you get angry about something and later realise, it could be because someone disrespected you or broke your trust? It's your values kicking in. Here are a few actvities you can use to discover your values.
